The groundfloor has a large lounge and open-plan area with dining room and kitchen of about 50 square meters. It has a large traditional fireplace, beautiful red tiled floors (tomettes) and exposed beams which add to its charm. A beautiful double bedroom furnished in traditional french style with an en-suite shower room (large shower cubicle, handwash basin, towel rail, hair dryer ) and an independant WC. The house has full central heating, english and french television, DVD player, free WiFi, books and a small DVD librairy.
The first floor has a double and a twin bedroom with a shared shower room equipped with large shower cubicle, handwash basin, towel rail, hair dryer and also an independant WC.
All bedrooms are equipped with electric fans.
The house benefits from its own private garden with an outdoor eating area and BBQ which overlooks the pool. The large pool is 11 x 5 meters and 1 to 2 meters deep. The pool area is not fenced so it requires parental supervison at all times and is share between our two gites. The terracing around the pool provides an additional area for relaxing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, utensils, tableware, dish-washer and washing-machine.
Bedding and towels are provided for 6 people.
Pool towels and sun-loungers are also provided.
